What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain?

Hi, since last few days I am feeling continuous pain in my left side down abdomen, and it get increses if after ejaculation, at that time I feel like something like blood or something is flowing there like some leakage. Other than this I don t have any other problems, no fever, no omitting. Please help me.
