What Causes Left-sided Enlargement Of Nodes In The Groin?

Hello, last week i noticed 2 swollen or enlarged nodes on the left side of my groin, they are a little tender but only when I touch them. I can t feel any other pain or discomfort.recently, I was exposed to some kind of mold in a house for at least a month (December 2016). The mold has given me a deep cough and headaches off and on. Could these swollen nodes be from the mold or should I get them checked out? I dont have any other swollen nodes besides the 2 on the left side groin. No redness or anything . Thank you!

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* Mold induced cough & headache is agreeable but that can give rise to
lymph node enlargement in the cervical region ( drainage of respiratory
tract ) but not possible to give enlarged nodes in the groin .
* Groin lymph nodes are consequences of pathology involving limbs , pelvis
like injury to foot - genital infections as STD - part of other systemic
disorders of multiple lymphadenopathy - injury to local part - others
* So your case require thorough evaluation further
