Hi there, I am 24 years old, 100kg neat, 164cm tall and generally healthy. Over the last few months I have been having this awkward not so much pain but like a constant feeling of something in my left side. sometimes i think its under my rids other times i think its a little lower. I constantly have bouts of what I would call IBS D although im not sure if its that! I have seen my gp, he took a full blood work and everything was fine just low iron as usual, this was in january 2011, recently im having this pain on my left side mostly first thing in the morning its hard to breath in, i have alot of gas and soft stools. Then during the day i usually get better.
I saw my dr again a couple of weeks ago, once again a full blood work up done, everything was fine, then i had a chest x ray, everything was fine. so he sent me for a ct of my chest and left side and it was also fine.... I have on and off back pain, sometimes feel nausious and every now and then a hot flush. Is it likely that at my age this is just IBS D?
I am worried, my job is stressfull, Ive had this alll for a few months now...Ive had no weight loss, no vomiting, no grey stools, just soft and brown (yucky i know) occassional heart burn....please help??
thank you chloee
