What Causes Left-sided Pelvic Pain Despite Taking Cipro?

Hello, I am experiencing pelvic pain on the left side. I thought I was a UTI and was treated with a 5 day course of Cipro, I was feeling better. Now the pain is there again and my doctor said not to renew the antibiotic. I had a transvaginal sonogram that showed nothing, and as of today, I did a test strip for a uti and it only showed a trace. At a loss here
