What Causes Left-sided Stomach Pain Long After Treating Cysts?

Okay so for the last month n a bit the left side of my stomach Has really been hurting so I my doctor did n utersound n found nothing apparently.... I’ve had previous cysts in my stomach n other problems...Do you think my doctor could of missed something in the utersound? Or do you know any other way that I can find out what’s wrong with mee loll
