What Causes Leg And Knee Pain?

I m a 16 year old girl and I get a really sore aching gnawing pain in and around my knee cap that last for hours sometimes days over time the aching travels down my calf and also up to my hip, also I have restless legs if that helps. Please help I m sick of the gnawing pain.

I think you are having chondromalacia patallae, in this there is softening of knee cartilage and it causes pain during squatting and sitting cross leg and when you will use stairs.
It can be confirmed with MRI of the knee joint which will show us what is the stage of the disease.
It is self limiting disease and can be treated with physiotherapy like isometric quadriceps exercises. Also you should take Dicerin tablet for cartilage regeneration. If pain is bad and not controlled by these medications then you should get knee arthroscopy surgery.
