Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a metabolic disorder.

Regarding your stomach, I would recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy in order to exclude a possible gastric ulcer or GERD.

I would also recommend performing further blood lab tests:

- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid gland dysfunction
- blood electrolytes, vitamin D plasma levels for the deficiency.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
