Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hydralazine is known to cause effect of nerves resulting in numbness. If so, immediate consultation of treating doctor is advised. You may need change of dosage, drug or supplementation of vitamin B6.
