General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to a viral infection which might have caused the fever and leg pain.
I recommend to check the temperature and give Tylenol for the fever.
If the symptoms continue for more than a week you should see a pediatrician for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
