What Causes Leg Pain?

My both legs pain unbearably. Mostly in night time. When I go to bed. It pains in such a way that I need to tie my legs with a cotton twine. I have also observed that the pain continues throughout the day followed by night. Sometimes I asked my friend (weight 75 kg) to press my legs with their legs. It is generally a muscle pain. Left leg pains quite often whereas right leg pains sometimes.

Dear Sir,

Get your CPK done , it is a muscle enzyme , it is raised in myopathies and patient who experince this can have such symptoms .
Plus it could be a sign of vitamin D deficiency .so that needs evaluation , restless leg syndrome is another differential.
