What Causes Legs Redness And Swelling With No Pain Or Itching?

Both legs are red from the knees down to the ankles. No pain or itching. Sometimes swelling will occur. Not obese. Run two miles 3-5 times per week. Only medication is Lisinopril for bp. I am female 56 in great physical shape. Any guesses? Just filled out your questionnaire. Rip-off. You should state up front that there is a fee.
