What Causes Legs With Full Of Veins With Pain And Swelling?

Hi. I m 39 year old woman. And have chd I had a 80% blocked LAD so had a stent put inlast year. I have had a lot of problems with my legs as they are now full of vains that s what I would like to ask. Is this ment to happen ? Thay hurt and swell up as well. Thank you

Hi.

I think you could possibly have varicose veins which in no way is considered normal. Please do consult a doctor, preferably a vascular surgeon who can help you attain more comfort. At the same time make sure you avoid standing for long durations of time, and also wear a compressive stocking over the affected legs until you can speak to your doctor.
