What Causes Less Bowel Movement With Stomach Pain?

hi. I haven't been able to poop well for a week. I do very little though.at first I wasn't able to poo for about 3days n then made my self a pancake for the first time. it looked cooked because it was pretty brown from the outside. it looked good to eat. so I ate it n now poop very little and my stomach hurts all day. its not the kind of hurt u get when you need to use the restroom. i think its cause of the poop that's Been inside me. please help...?
