What Causes Less Volume Of Urine?

Respected Docters, Sir i am faceing a problem a problem of less urine from 2-3 days but there is no pain before and after urine but the less urine make me unsatisfied .My age is 25 and non married. I used to masterbate frequently and enjoy seeing porn content, is that is the reason of this? what should i do now for normal urine.

Hello,

As there are lot of causes of less urine volume, but as per your history and age, I think dehydration is the main cause. Dehydration may because of less water intake, vomiting, diarrhea, excessive exertion, and excessive heat exposure.

As there no pain which rules out the possibility of urethral stricture. Less volume of urine is not associated with your masturbate habits. So, follow up here with detailed history or consult with physician if having any associated symptoms.
