What Causes Lethargy After Loose Motion And Vomiting?

My grandson is 17months old he vomited yesterday a few times and had loose bowels he was admitted to hospital over night hehas now been sent home he is lathargic and has vomited this evening he also has cold feet temp 37 should we be worried and take him back to hospital

Hi dear
welcome to the HCM,
Child has developed some Stomach infection.
emetics and anti diarrheoal medicines like ondensetron and oflox syrups to be given along with plenty of liquids and ORS will help the child.
Some antipyretics like paracetamol will also help in his dullness SOS.
