What Causes Lethargy And Anxiety?

I have been feeling really drained of energy, irritiablity, head not feeling right. I have been having problems thinking as if my head isn't with my body, feeling anxious for no reason at different times of the day. Its kind of hard to explain how I feel but its like that most of the time and I used to not be like that. Can you explain what you think is wrong with me?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have generalized anxiety disorder. in that case, you need low dose antidepressant like paroxetine or benzodiazepine. It would help to control underline anxiety symptoms and help to maintain the daily function. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
