What Causes Lethargy And Headache Despite A Normal ECG?

My husband, 65 yo, has swellings around head, tender to touch, headaches, lethargy. He does not complain much so knew serious when he took himself off to emergency two nights ago. Had an ecg and cat scan could not identify any condition.. he was worried about his heart, takes blood pressure medication. Has had glandular fever in his twenties and Ross river four years ago. Any ideas?
