Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The presence of leukocytes in urine and pain in vulva indicate urine infection with vagina irritation.

My suggestions
- drink more liquids
- keep genitals clean with antiseptic liquid
- avoid vaginal sex if involved
- antibiotic support as per the requirement

Thank you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
