What Causes Light Headedness And Loose Stools With Blood?
24 year old man. Drank at least four to five monster energy drinks today and took an caffiene pill. Was also out in the sun for many hours today. now he is sunburned, feeling sick, weak, light headed and now has watery bloody stool. Bright red. what could have caused this and does he need to go to emergency room?

Watry bloody stool is a matter of concern, it can lead to loose of more blood from body and he may develop hypovolemic shock or anaemia.
In my opinion he should immediately rush to emergency room for Physical examination like recording of blood pressure, if it found to be low than he may require IV fluids. subsequently battery of investigation like blood for hemoglobin, stool test, liver function test and per rectal examination to find out the underlying cause for blood in stool.
He may need to undergo ultrasound or endoscopy if need be.
Since he was out in sun for long hours so he might have developed dehydration.
Meanwhile ask him to have plenty of fluids including ORS, fruit juice and Lemon water mixed with salt and sugar to counter dehydration and electrolyte loss.
