What Causes Light Headedness During Exercise?

Hi, Today I had a very unusual experience. I was doing my daily exercise and 15 minutes into it I began to feel light headed. I continued trying to ignore it but it caused me almost to fall down. As I stop doing my exercise I got very pale, and looked dehydrated. As I went home I checked my blood pressure which was at 147. My head has been hurting at one exact point, and I have been having some chest pains, any thoughts on what it might be?

Hello & Welcome To HCM,

I had gone through the case and have concern for you.

There are some exercises which increases blood pressure ,due to that you might feel headache.

So first go through your family history to find out is there any blood pressure history.

2- Check your blood pressure before and after exercise to see the difference.

3- Keep your body hydrated well.

4- Do not do any brisk or hard exercise.

5- Do deep breathing exercise after the regular exercise will help to increase your breathing stamina.

6- Also consult the cardiologist if your problem is not goes off by these.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks,
