What Causes Light Headedness , Nausea, Vomiting, Blood When Wiped?

I have been feeling light headed, dizzy , nauseous for 2 weeks. I feel like im car sick. I have been vomiting for the past week. I cant really hold any food down. I finished my period 2 weeks ago. Now when i use the bathroom and wipe theres blood. I put a liner on thinking i was getting my period again but i only bleed when i wipe.
