What Causes Light Menses And Abdominal Swelling After Tubal Ligation?

i had tubal ligation about 9 years ago. But I missed my period for 2 months last year and on the 3rd month the flow was quite heavy but no pains. It lasted the normal time of 4 - 5 days and finished. I have had morning sickness last week and am suspecious as my belly is swelling, do you have any advise?

Tubal ligation do not cause any abnormal menses, morning sickness is due to bloating or indigestion , so if in doubt do a home urine pregnancy test ,
