What Causes Light Menstrual Bleeding Along With Bloating?

I had an ablation almost 2 years ago and for the past few months I have been feeling bloated. My menstraul cycle is getting lighter and lighter each month. I am not sure if this has to do with the Ablation? I am a healthy 38yr old with no other health issues.
