What Causes Light Pink Urine When Having Spleen Enlargement?

i am 22 year old man. been seeing light pink colour in urine. i have had frequent toilet visits. i had an ultrasound it showed no abnormalties except a slight enlargement of the spleen. my blood test showed i had a live dysfunction, but scan showed no problems. i have been very stressed in the past two years.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Pink colored urine indicates presence of blood in urine.
2. Spleen enlargement could be due to extravascular hemolysis. A complete hemogram is essential with regular hemoglobin follow up.
3. Blood tests are more specific, if it indicates liver damage, damage is ongoing. Whole liver function tests necessary needed for further opinion. Scan would show major problems, not minor problems. Blood tests would be more sensitive.
4. Liver biopsy may be necessary along with liver function tests and complete hemogram for further opinion.
