What Causes Lightheadedness And Urge To Pass Bowel Movement?

Hello Doctor,



I am 23 yrs old, 5'9", and 147lbs. Overall, I consider myself to be healthy, no problems. I started my period today and out of nowhere I got very lightheaded, nauseas, urge to have a bowel movement (but nothing happened), hot and cold chills, shaking hands and a feeling that I will faint. I felt very weak and drained and this continued for about an hour. I haven't had this happen to me before. What could this be?

Have you observed same symptoms previously before cycle? Dear until examination it is difficult to say what it is so please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
