What Causes Lightheadedness, Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Having Sex?

Ok, today i inserted tampon and felt instantly nauseous, lightheaded, dizzy, and had blurred vision.After researching I came across people having vasovagal attacks and saw that the symptoms matched perfectly. My question is, will this happen the first time i have sex?
