For days and days I seem to feel light headed/dizzy with numbness into lips and really tired when it sets in its not constant started off with when I stood up sometimes but now it will go on for hours at a time I thought maybe not enough water so I started drinking it constantly but still no help I even considered not eating enough but I m over weight and eat when I m hungry so I m pretty sure that s not it please help
