What Causes Loose And Smelly Stools?

Of late, my stools have been loose, somewhat watery (though not quite diarrhea), but the main issue is the smell. It reminds me of sewage. 36, hwp, (condensed) medical history is the following: ADHD( 83), non-smoker, light drinker (mead/151 rum), active/healthy sex life, heart murmur (undetectable), memory issues, recently had (walking) pneumonia (coupled with heat exhaustion). Family history has no *known* gastrointestinal issues

Noted your history and understood your concerns.
A foul smelling loose stools are indicative of a severe intestinal infection by gas producing bacteria.
I would advise you the following:
Get the tests of stool, blood and urine.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Get started on a proper antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics, activated charcoal symptomatic and supportive treatment and you will be fine.
