Hi my 5 month old son has been having runny poos since yesterday afternoon but today its like water he hasnt been eating any food and when he does he gags himself and throws up his been doing that since sunday he is drinking about 90 mls of milk and continues to drink on anc off

Hallo .Thank you for asking this question . Your little one is suffering from Gastroenteritis . Give syrup Domperinone to control vomitings - if not hypersensitive . For loose motions - give ORS to maintain hydration & probiotic sachet . Can add Zink based syrup if not controlled with previous one .
