What Causes Loose Green Stools With Fever & Cough In Children?

I have a 2 year old who had coop and was given antibiotics she stated having loose green stools the last two days and has a running nose. No fever, has a cough that comes on at certain times and started vomiting last night and has thrown up now three times.

Your history suggests infective diarrhea.
Curd rice and rice with buttermilk will help controlling diarrhea.
Domstal syrup prevents vomiting.
Walamycin 2 times daily for control of infection.
