What Causes Loose Motion And Head Spinning?

Hi, although I was fine last night, I had loose motion, then head started spinning and then vomiting. After 5 mnts. I drank water but again head started spinning and again vomited. after that I was fine. no soar throat, stomach burning. I am absolutiely fine. What is the reason, why It happend?
