Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Reasons for the same may be - residual stump inflammation at operative
site - caecal inflammation - terminal ileum swelling - pelvic abscess or pus
collection - drugs induced ( given for recovery specially antibiotics ) - food
or water induced infection not related to surgery - others
* Need proper evaluation with some basic laboratory tests , ultrasound in
some cases and manage accordingly .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards .
