What Causes Loose Motion, Bloating And Swelling Of Abdomen?

hello doctor i am nisha 31 years old hight 5.5 weight 63 and my problem is related with my digestion me stomach is very irregular since 7 year every day i have loose motions and blotting ,swelling of abdomen i took many treatment but didn t work i have done so many test but everything is normal

Diarhea can be many reasons like infectious,bowel pathology,intolerance etc...as u having cgronic diarhhea with bloating with negative test is high likely due to IBS ...if u were my patet i would like to ask detail histroy like pain relief with changing bowel habbt,abdonimal fullness etc,do detail exam n run some test accordngly like s/e that can lost due to diarhea,pancreatic enzyme level bcs their los may cause diarhea too,celiac serology ,etc n then will tx accordngly that if u had celiac disease will ask to quit food that may cause intolerance like gluten containing food,barley wheat etc n after elimination sypmtoms will go away ....
