Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The loose motions are due to intestine infection. Primary guidelines for better recovery:

- Allow her to have plenty of liquids.
- Avoid milk formulations.
- Diet should be soft, easily digestible with organic fresh fruits.
- Avoid all dairy fat, junk foods.
- Discuss addition of antibiotics with current drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
