Hi, welcome to healthcare magic forum. I understand your query. It looks like there is some mixed infection(may be bacterial & protozoal both), as she is having loose stool with blood. So i would like to suggest you to show her to a pediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment. I usually give my patients syrup-Oflox-OZ 2.5 ml twice in a day along with ORS fluid for rehydration.

Thanks.
