What Causes Loose Motions Every Alternate Day?

hi, i m 27 and suffering from losemotion since 2004..i hv conculted doctors, bt ntn significant was found..losemotion occur after every 10-15 days gaps irrespecive of medication..now it has increased to almost every alternate day losemotion..tried wid medication,diet control including no spicy food etc..bt ntn seems to work..losemotion are draining out my energy n making me weak..kindly suggest, it tkin its toll on me..
