What Causes Loose Stool And Stomach Discomfort While Having Cough And Congestion?
I ve been sick for the past four days, no sleep, lots of mucus, coughing, etc. This has been the sickest I ve been I think. Today I ve been feeling better but now my stomach feels a bit weird. I have been eating a lot less than I usually do just because I was ill and in the past two or so hours, my poop has been liquid and that has never ever happened to me before. My stomach has also been gurgling and growling but I m afraid to eat anything since it feels like I ll throw it up. Is the two sicknesses connected or did I happen to get them right after the other? What is happening with my stomach and what should I do?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It may not be the pure kind of illness so it cannot be related with each other. At the most it could be an allergic condition otherwise, the given symptoms could be nonspecific and may not be due to any disease so no need to worry about this. Eat healthy, think healthy, and do some exercise.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
