For the last 2 weeks I've started doing a lot of crunches, back what I use to do (before starting a family a few years back), 400 each workout. Right now I'm doing it twice a week. I have loose stools after each workout. Is this normal? Is this a sign of weight loss? I have not seen the pounds shed.
