What Causes Loose Stools And Dry Mouth When Suffering From Stomach Ache?

hi, i have been suffering with an ache in my stomach fron sternum to belly button,it also goes around my back , accasionally i get a very dry mouth . i feel tired all the time , and feel sickly but have not vomited . my stools are loose but not watery and there has been no blood . have you any ideas what could cause this ,it wakes me during night

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Common cause for your condition is gastritis.Use of antacid will reduce your symptom. I usually prescribe Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day for my patients with problem for 5 days.

Need ultrasound abdomen and blood test for any pancreatic problem, consult doctor for physical examination and evaluation.
