What Causes Loose Stools With Abdomen Pain?

HI Doctor i am pregnant since 8 weeks. from Day before yesterday i am suffering from loose motion , fever and stomachi pain. for fever i have taken paracetamole and now body temp. is normal. but i am still suffering from sromachi pain and loose motion. Give some advice

Sounds like gastroenteritis. It is important to stay hydrated by drinking lots of fluids, e.g. lemonade or soda.
