What Causes Loose Stools With Bloating And Discomfort?

I have had stomach problems for a long time now. I constantly am going to the bathroom and my stools are normally loose and its gettting in the way of my work. I've tried diet changes and probiotics but I still have this problem. I have a lot of bloating discomfort and I will out of nowhere have to run to the restroom. Can anyone please help? I'm miserable living like this
