Hi thanks for contacting HCM,

Due to diarrhoea, your grandmother experienced sever fatigue so please give glucose containing fluid more and with lemon juices with added sugar. Give proper medication for diarrhea and if it controlled then fatigue might be reduced and feed light diet and fruit juices. Diarrhea can be due to gastroenteritis or may be due to food poisoning. Please investigate for further causes of diarrhea by contacting your physician.
