My grandmother is 90 years old and she was in the hospital with diarrea as soon as she got home they feed her at night and the very next day again to the hospital because her stool was very loose. She dont want to eat anything she have sever fatigue. What we can feed her?
Due to diarrhoea, your grandmother experienced sever fatigue so please give glucose containing fluid more and with lemon juices with added sugar. Give proper medication for diarrhea and if it controlled then fatigue might be reduced and feed light diet and fruit juices. Diarrhea can be due to gastroenteritis or may be due to food poisoning. Please investigate for further causes of diarrhea by contacting your physician.
