What Causes Loss Of Appetite?

Hi there, I m very unhappy with my phyique at the moment so i have stopped eating i may have a grape or two during the day but i mainly just drink tea. At first i felt sick all the time its been about 4 days now and although i havent eaten anything today i dont feel sick nor do i feel hungry. Why is this? Can i actually survive just having about 6 cups of tea a day? or will i just do damage to my body?
