Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Feeling of tiredness, pale and dry skin are suggestive of anemia. It can easily be diagnosed with a complete blood count test and the treatment is specific depending on the cause.

The symptoms may also be side effects of his medicines. Amitriptyline and Tramadol may cause dry, pale and scaly skin as well.

Please, consult with your doctor about the CBC test. If the test excludes anemia, his symptoms are most likely side effects of his medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
