There is few possible explanations for his symptoms .
1. Abnormal Blood Pressure : His BP at that time could have been either very high or very Low . I advise you to get his Blood Pressure checked .
2. Abnormal Blood Glucose Level : High or low Sugars can cause such symptoms . Get his Blood sugars Checked .
3. Heart Problems : Abnormalities in heart contraction or in heart rate can cause his symptoms . For this kindly get an ECG and 2D ECHO.
4. Anemia : Low hemoglobin can be the cause . Get a Complete Hemogram test for him .
5. Inner Ear and Brain Problems : can also cause his symptoms . If all the above tests comes normal then he may require a MRI Brain to look into his brain .
