What Causes Loss Of Focus While On Vyvanse?

I have problems finishing a task and I go to the next one, hardly ever finish one task, having trouble focusing at work, I m work in the oil field nights and taking on line classes I need something to keep me focused and awake, because I get very little sleep 4 or 5 hrs a day, friend recommended vyvanse at least 40 mg, what do you recommend

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Vyvanase is given to stimulate brain in order to treat attention deficit disorder... seems to be ineffective in your self. It seems you need either adjustment of dose or change of medicine.
Kindly consult your treating doctor /Neurologist.
