hi doc,my father is cardiac/post CABG/ IS ON ALL MEDICATIONS.HE IS LOOSING WEIGHT,LOSS OF APPETITE FOR 3 MONTHS almost lost 10-12 kgs.CT SCANS,ULTRASOUND OF PELVIC AND ABDOMEN SHOW NO SIGNS OF MALIGNANCY.WHAT IS YOUR OPINION.ALSO HE GETS SEVERE COUGH WHILE EATING.

must be on some medicine. also condition itself associated with chronic symptoms. if night cough try increasing Diuretics dose if fever present can take Amoxy clav 1 g twice a day. better raise head end during night time. Cardiac Cacaxia is difficult to manage.
