What Causes Loss Of Weight Followed By Tingling In The Fingers?

kindly help me, what could be the cause of my loss of weight, tingling on my fingers, some areas on my palms changes color black cuticles become rough and short breathing(70% relieved after medication listed below)? I have gone for: RetroviralScreening: Non Reactive, FPG Labtest: 5.6(3.1-6.1)mm, and the doctor said I don t have diabetes. He priscribed Augumentine, vit c & diclofenac but I have not not fully recovered.
