What Causes Lot Of Gas And Trouble Releasing Feces?

Hi,

Of late I've been having a lot of trouble releasing feces, even when pushing hard. However, eventually, in the event that I do, I am able to push out small, soft, thin fecal matter. If feels as though I may have something blocking , like an impaction bcause it feels like the short, narrower stools that come out, are moving around something. I also, release alot of gas. What do you think my problem is?

Hi i read ur problem of excessive gas production and constipation.The cause of excessive gas production is diet(legumes,beans,apples,prunes,starch can all be fermented), use of narcotics,analgesics,anxiety and depression,diabetes and hypothyroidism. Stop gum chewing and smoking, dietory modification,treating bacterial overgrowth.avoid spicy food .For Constipation intake of10-12 glass of water everyday.avoid junk and processed spicy food like pizza ,burgur etc.Intake of green vegetable and sallad specially cucumber. Investigation for rule out cause is Blood sugar level, thyroid harmoneT1,T2,TSH LEVEL,LFT, UPPER AND LOWER G.I CONTRASTetc. So u consult ur family doctor for rule out cause.
