What Causes Loud Gassy Sound In The Stomach?

Hi doctor,
I have a question about my stomach. For 5 years now I have noticed that my stomach makes loud gassy noises. It happens after anything I eat and sometimes when i do not eat anything at all. I've tried everything from colon cleansers to gas x to cutting dairy out of my diet but nothing seems to help. Please help..this is very embarrassing and it's ruining my life!

Your query being appreciated, it is the chronic symptom you have but it may not be due to any disease but it seems to be just a physiological phenomenon, still you it can be managed with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, hope this information helps.
